Brian Fogle is a Senior Project Manager with a vast amount of experience in HVAC and engineering design. He has been involved in all aspects of the mechanical design process, from site investigation and conceptual planning to construction documentation and construction administration phases. His engineering efforts have been applied to a variety of market segments, including cities, educational institutions, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail.

Whether it’s a traditional design-bid-build, design-build, design-assist, or job order contract, Brian is experienced in delivering cost-effective and efficient strategies an owner wants. He is knowledgeable on the unique requirements needed for projects pursuing LEED certification, and Savings by Design to minimize energy cost and reduce end-users carbon footprint.

Brian is well versed in the coordination needs required to deliver a successful project, as well as the specific needs involved with designing mechanical systems using BIM software such as Revit.
